There was no air conditioning at this home. Oakeys had to finish an install that someone else started. The thermostat was never wired, the power wire was never wired to the breaker, the control wire was not wired to the board correctly, the nitrogen test was never completed, and we had to do a triple EVAC on the AC to open the service ports and release the refrigeration to the system. It’s a good thing we had our furry friend to give us a hand. It would have been lonely without him.
