The below images came from one of yesterday’s service calls in Saltsburg, PA. The filter hasn’t been changed since the furnace was installed 2 years ago by a different company. The furnace was also slapped in and not properly installed. The return air ductwork was missing and was never hooked back up. The landlord is going to have Oakey’s come back and repair this along with doing a thorough clean and check.
